I contacted Patricia in April to ask her to help me organize a last minute stay in Val d'Hérens. I loved my stay, both the accommodation and the hiking suggestions and restaurant recommendations were perfect. It's really very pleasant (and oh so comfortable) when you travel alone to have a contact person on site who is so responsive and who knows the region so well. During the stay, Patricia adapted certain hiking suggestions based on my feedback and my desire to climb higher despite the snow.
